As per news report of NDTV,All India Muslim Jamaat president Maulana Shahabuddin Razvi Bareilvi has issued a fatwa against Tamil Nadu's actor-turned-politician Vijay, the President of the Tamil Nadu Vijay Karthik (TVK) party.
